But you’ve heard it gets better, so you keep watching.
And sure enough, it does get better, and eventually, you’re hooked.
Now here’s a thought…
What if you let go of your fear and looked at your goals the same way?
What if you gave your health habits the same patience, curiosity, and willingness to keep going, even when it felt slow at first?
Here’s a few facts:
~ Change rarely feels exciting on Day 1.
~ New routines can feel awkward.
~ Results take time.
All that is true, but that doesn’t mean it’s not working.
The best stuff in life often takes a little warming up.
Your body, your mindset, your energy, they’re adjusting, rewiring, and responding… even if you don’t see it right away.
So here’s your friendly reminders:
~ Stick with it.
~ Keep showing up.
~ Watch your life get better, one episode…..I mean, watch your life get better one habit at a time.
