Sneak Peek for the Week:

Monday: A Monday Grinder with a barbell lcean and jerk complex, KB swings and running, 5 rounds for time
Tuesday: Heavy power snatches to heavy singles, with a spicy “Fractured Hanging Randy” finisher with hang power snatches and burpees
Wednesday: Heavy back squats 5-5-5-5-5 and DB bench press 10-10-10-10-10, with a sporty finisher
Thursday: Active Recovery Grinder. Don’t be fooled, it’s not easy!
Friday Workout: Friday Surprise, show up and see what’s on the board.
Saturday: We are doing the ‘Runyan” Hero Workout in all morning CrossFit Member classes. This workout is in memory of 1LT Michael Runyan, Killed in Action (KIA) on July 21 2010. The LITE class is at 11:00am. We will also doing a COLD PLUNGE in the front parking lot after all classes. There is no charge to take a dunk, but we’d appreciate each person bringing one bag of ice to keep everything nice and cold!
Don’t forget to RSVP to a class time. Please don’t simply show up thinking there will be room for you. You must RSVP to reserve your spot.
The cutoff for removing your RSVP will be 8:00pm the evening before all A.M. classes and 2:00pm the afternoon of all P.M. classes. If you accidentally RSVP for the wrong class after the unRSVP cutoff time has passed, please text 216-812-7841 right away and we’ll remove you.
* You will be charged a No-Show fee if you RSVP to a class and miss it. If you are uncertain of your plans, please wait to reserve your spot until you are certain. You can now RSVP to a class up to 15 minutes prior to the start.
If you need to unRSVP after the cutoff, please text our main business number 216-812-7841 prior to the start of the class to possibly avoid the fee, if the class is not full.

After outgrowing our building at Madison and McKinley/Larchmont, we moved to a much larger facility on Allen Court in Rocky River, OH in December 2012. We are now in our current home at 19910 Ingersoll Drive in Rocky River, OH 44116.
