My Women’s Only Strength Program is beginning our 3rd 6-week session next week, and I couldn’t be more excited.
All of the ladies have gotten stronger in so many aspects of their lives, not just in the gym. From significantly improved blood numbers, strengthening a weaker leg, and being able to get up off the floor regularly without assistance. These are all great results in a short period of time.
We meet on Wednesdays and Fridays at 11:15 am, starting January 7th(next week). Class size is limited, and there are only two spots left, so don’t wait.
