Did you know……..

The very first New Year’s Eve ball drop in 1907 weighed 700 pounds and had 100 light bulbs.

Today’s version is a 12‑foot crystal spectacle weighing nearly 12,000 pounds, sparkling with over 2,600 Waterford crystals and 32,000 LED lights.

Talk about a glow-up. 😀

As we wrap up this year, Bill and I want to say thank you:  Thank you for trusting us, reading my emails, showing up, and being part of this community.  Our hearts are full because of the people we get to coach and connect with every day.

We are incredibly grateful for the year we’ve shared and are looking forward to continuing to help people get stronger, healthier, and more confident in the year ahead. 

CrossFit Cleveland is proud to be starting our 20th year in April!  We could not have done it without our amazing Coaching Team and you! 

With a new year comes new goals.  If you’re looking for ways to get stronger outside of CrossFit classes, we have two options that may be of interest to you.  Both are offered to members and non-members.

OPTION 1:  Staci’s Strength Classes

My Women’s Only Strength Program is beginning our 3rd 6-week session next week, and I couldn’t be more excited.

All of the ladies have gotten stronger in so many aspects of their lives, not just in the gym.  From significantly improved blood numbers, strengthening a weaker leg, and being able to get up off the floor regularly without assistance. These are all great results in a short period of time.

We meet on Wednesdays and Fridays at 11:15 am, starting January 7th(next week). Class size is limited, and there are only two spots left, so don’t wait.

OPTION 2:  New Olympic Weightlifting Clinic on Sundays

We are also excited to announce that Coach Vince is beginning a six-week Olympic Weightlifting Clinic on Sunday mornings at 10:00am starting January 11th.  It’s a six-week clinic covering all aspects of the Clean and Snatch. It’s geared towards beginner and intermediate skill levels, and open to non-members as well.  If you are interested, please reply and I’ll send you the registration link.

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
