Did you know……..

You can rewire your brain by doing hard things on purpose?

It’s called neuroplasticity.

Every time you show up and do something that feels very uncomfortable, like doing our workouts, asking for help, or just starting something new, you’re teaching your brain that you canhandle it.

The more you practice, the easier it gets.

 

Have you ever felt fear creeping in right when you’re about to start something new for your health?

If so, you’re not alone and you’re definitely not broken.

Fear is completely normal when you’re stepping outside your comfort zone.  

 

 

In fact, those little habits like procrastinating, second-guessing, or quitting before you even begin… they’re often just your brain’s way of trying to protect you from feeling uncomfortable.

 

 

But here’s what I’ve learned through coaching:

 

 

Growth doesn’t mean being fearless.
It means moving forward with kindness, even when fear is tagging along.

 

Here’s something simple you can try today:

 

 Ask yourself: “What would I do if I trusted myself just 5% more?”
Not 100%.  Not even 50%.  Just a tiny shift.

Would you sign up for that class?
Would you go for a short walk?
Would you drink an extra glass of water?
Would you say no to something that drains you?

 

That little nudge, that 5% more trust, is often all it takes to get started.


And once you take that step, fear starts to lose its grip.

You don’t have to have it all figured out.


You just have to take one step forward.

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
