7-6-5 minute AMRAPS, with DB snatches, wall ball shots, CTB pullups, double unders, burpees and mountain jacks, in combinations you’ll have to show up to see. You might even get to show off your muscle-ups if you have them. Scaling options are available as always, don’t miss this.
