Run 500 meters between rounds

Scale DL to no more than 65% of your 1 rep max. Scale hspu to 1, 2 or 3 abmats as a target or wall walk + 6 shoulder taps (Right &Left) repeated to complete set. Ex. 1 wall walk + 6 shoulder taps then 1 wall walk + 6 shoulder taps then 1 wall walk + 6 shoulder taps then 1 wall walk plus 3 shoulder taps = 21 reps.

Warmup: 1000 meter row plus 3 rounds of
10 band shoulder rollout
10 band good morning
10 band horizontal press
10 band resisted pushup
10 bumper plate squat
10 deadlift, increasing weight each round
