A client story: Why starting early works
Recently, a client told me how grateful they were that they started working with me in December instead of waiting until January.
They didn’t feel stressed or “off track” during the holidays. They felt prepared. They made better choices without feeling restricted, zipped up a pair of pants they wanted to feel confident in, and walked into January already feeling strong and in control of their habits.
And it got me thinking… can you relate?
It’s so easy to tell ourselves we’ll start later. After the holidays. When it’s warmer. When we feel more motivated. After the birthday party, spring break, or the next busy season. But the truth is, life will always give us another reason to wait.
What if instead of waiting for the perfect time, you started with just one small habit now?
