- Reminder that the CrossFit Open starts this week. We will be doing the 19.x workouts on the Monday following the announcements as the member workout, as well as a special session on Saturdays at Noon. If you plan on attending the Saturday Noon workouts, you must RSVP in WODhopper by Friday at 6:00pm. If we do not get enough interest, we won’t continue the Saturday sessions. Friday: Friday Surprise, a recent CF main site workout
