CrossFit Games Open WOD 17.1

10 DB snatch – alternating R & L
15 burpee box jump overs
20 DB snatch – alternating R & L
15 burpee box jump overs
30 DB snatch – alternating R & L
15 burpee box jump overs
40 DB snatch – alternating R & L
15 burpee box jump overs
50 DB snatch – alternating R & L
15 burpee box jump overs

Men 50lb DB, 24″ box
Women 35lb DB, 20″ box

There is a 20 minute time cap for this workout. We will have several scaling options available so that everyone can participate and experience this WOD. We will have an alternate WOD available for those who have already savored their 17.1 experience

Sneak Peek for the Week:
Tuesday: 12 minutes of pull-ups and pushups, fast and furious
Wednesday: Strength, not for time – DB shoulder presses & Squat cleans, heavy
Thursday: Recovery WOD, KB swings, rowing and ??
Friday: Friday Surprise. Julie promises a killer core/ab WOD
Saturday: Normal hours for members all morning followed by a Games Open session starting at Noon for any member wishing to perform 17.2 in a head to head competition. You must RSVP on our WODhopper system so coaches know how to schedule the workout heats.
Sunday: Open Gym for Unlimited Members from 9:00am to 11:00am
Monday 3/6: Open WOD 17.2, with scaling options for all

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
