Tuesday: Squat cleans, 5-5-3-3-1-1-1 to 1 rep max
Wednesday: Mid-Week Grinder, plus DB push press 5 rep max
Thursday: 2RM Front Squat, Zercher or OH Squat, choice
Friday: Upper Body Isometric Strength plus a spicy conditioning workout
