Who Do I Listen To?
Or for the grammar police, to whom do I listen? It never fails. You find a great article teaching you something new and then the next day you read something completely opposite. Is one fake news? Is one correct and the other totally wrong? Maybe both are correct as long as you really pay attention to the details. Who do you listen to? Maybe Forrest Gump had it right when he said “maybe it’s both”
Yesterday I posted a link to an article from Caffeine & Kilos about the many benefits of caffeine. Today I have a link to an article touting the negatives of caffeine use. In this case, I think it all comes down to the phrase I used in yesterday’s post “mild to moderate use of”.

Personally, I drink 1-2 cups of coffee in the early morning and 1 cup around 4:30pm every weekday without the negative effects. Please note these are normal coffee cups from a Kuerig machine NOT a large order from Starbucks. I sleep like a baby every night, especially since I have been doing regular Cryo Therapy sessions every week for the past 2+ months. Fortunately it is pretty easy for each of us to test the effects caffeine has on us by cutting it our for a couple days. What are your thoughts? Post a comment below.
