Staci and I operate CrossFit Cleveland to help people become better outside the gym. Training hard inside the gym prepares you to accomplish and overcome so much more in your day to day life. I can’t tell you how many of our clients tell us how much their lives have improved since they began training with us. “Change your habits, change your life.” We dedicate our work to helping you achieve a better life, whatever that means to you.
Our main focus is not to increase your 1 rep max deadlift, see how many pull-ups you can do or how fast you can run a mile. You’ll get better at those things, but they are really secondary benefits. We care much more about your individual progress and improvement, and how that translates out in the real world. Whether that’s getting stronger, leaner, having more energy at the end of a long work day or playing with your kids or grand kids, building more confidence, reducing stress, or all of the above. If you show up and do the work, you’ll get amazing results.
There are several ways to work with us. The easiest way to start is to attend one of our CrossFit LITE workout classes. You’ll see our facility, meet our coaches and get a feel for how welcoming and supportive our members are. You don’t need any previous experience to get started. Our coaches meet you where you are and help you move ahead at your own pace. Your first LITE class is free. You just need to take that first step and schedule your first visit. You can continue attending LITE classes without any membership package.

The next step is to move into our CrossFit Member classes. You start with our 5-session KickStart Program to learn many of the movements and prepare you for our Crossfit Member classes. After the completing the KickStart sessions, you’ll choose a monthly class package and attend any of our classes held six days a week.
Staci offers Habit-Based Nutrition Coaching that will improve your overall results substantially, unless you already have excellent nutrition habits. She works with you to develop realistic and sustainable habits to help you reach your goals. It’s not a cookie-cutter diet plan, it’s about identifying and fixing what’s broken in your life and making a plan to fit them. “Simple Steps with Staci”, one step at a time.
If you are a bit intimidated with the thought of jumping into group classes with experienced members, you can start with a group of people just like you in your own separate group. We have a new program starting in January 2023 that’s based off our original Executive Fitness Starter Program, which has always been the best way for beginners to start with us over the past 15+ years. Our new 12-Week Total Transformation Program is a combination of private group fitness classes, Habit-Based Nutrition Coaching and Personal Accountability designed to help you reach and exceed your health and fitness goals, all with a dedicated coach in a separate class setting inside our gym. What if you don’t want to the gym? We also offer a Remote/At-Home Strength Program that you can do from home with minimal equipment. You will learn you how to build muscle and lose fat as you get older, even after injury of surgery. It’s based on joint-friendly exercises that allow you to train pain-free while getting strong with light weights and resistance bands. It’s based on The Russell Method, developed while Bill rehabbed and regained strength following several joint replacement surgeries over the past four years. It’s proven, safe and effective.
