Sam is already seeing results from his short time at CrossFit Cleveland.
Sam began in May and started seeing results right away. He has more energy, finds it easier to get up in the morning and started slimming down a bit.
He recently started our Nutrition Challenge and already has a better idea of what’s good and how to avoid the crap.
