We often hear “I’m not in good enough shape to start CrossFit”. In a lot of cases, you probably aren’t ready to jump into a CrossFit class. That’s no reason not to start, though. Our job is to help you take your First Step.
You could try working out at home for a few weeks, watching videos on the Internet. We all know how that works out for most people. It usually doesn’t.
Perhaps a better option is for you is to learn proper movements with a coach in our CrossFit gym. We have a step-by-step curriculum to teach you proper technique on a wide variety of exercises and allow you to build your capacity under the watchful eye of a coach. Over the next several weeks your coach will teach and guide you, focusing on the areas you need to improve upon.
We offer a KickStart Program with you and a coach. These sessions are fit into your busy schedule. You will be taught, step-by-step, a variety of our fundamental exercises tailored to your ability level. As you progress through the sessions, you will build your capacity and your confidence. Before you know if, you’ll be ready to join our CrossFit classes. You can choose to continue with these KickStart sessions for as long as you’d like.
If you prefer working in a small group setting, we also offer that option. Our 6-Week All New You Challenge is one of our most popular programs. We have new groups starting Monday January 7, 2019.

If you are ready, our 6-Week All New You Challenge is for adults of any age, especially those who need more structure and guidance to get back on a better path to health and fitness. Hundreds of people have got their ‘restart’ with our 6-week starter programs. We have three new groups starting the week of January 7th, 2019.

HOLD POLICY
Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
