It can’t be because they necessarily like to work so hard in a gym. I believe it’s more about what happens to them as a result of the hard work. The bottom line is, we make the rest of their lives easier.
The majority of people who first come to us are not really all that motivated to get more fit, lift more weight or go on a new diet. They want what comes from being more fit, getting stronger and reaching a more ideal weight. They want to feel better, look better and eat better. They want to have more energy to do what’s important to them. Basically, they want to make their lives easier. In the simplest terms, we help make the rest of your life easier by making you better. We help you perform better in the gym so you can perform better outside the gym.

It really doesn’t matter how much weight you can squat or how fast you can run a 5K. What’s important is that your fitness routine makes you better on an ongoing basis. We want to help make you stronger and faster, and develop more endurance and stamina. We want to help make you more coordinated and mobile. We want to help you make better eating choices. We also want to make you more confident and capable of doing things you thought you could never do. We develop a ‘grittier’ you.
What does that all mean? It means you will be better at handling tasks, both physical and mental, all day long. You will be better at your job, better around the house, better at your hobbies and activities. You will also be sleeping better and eating better, and be better at handling stress. When you become better at something, it usually makes it easier. So yes, our training is hard while you are at the gym, and the result will be that the rest of your life outside the gym becomes easier. We teach you what to do, and what not to do, to get the results you want on an ongoing basis.
The reason our business still exists and prospers after ten years is that we provide an environment that constantly varies your training and continues to make you better, year after year, as long as you do the work. The fact is, any new fitness program, whether a tried and true program, like CrossFit, or the newest local franchise cardio fad, will give you positive results in the beginning. The question is will you continue with it and continue to see results, or will you get bored and quit going while still locked into a year-long contract?
We’re here to make it as easy as possible for you to get started. It’s often said that the hardest part is walking through the door. We offer classes Monday through Saturday that you can attend as a first-timer, with no experience necessary. These classes are also great for past members looking to start working out again. A great way to kick off a new routine is to participate in our All New You Challenge. It’s a six-week program where you’ll work in a small group, with a dedicated coach, three days per week.
