5 front squat 95/65
10 KB swing 55/40
15 jumping ring dip

Tuesday: hang power clean, hang squat clean, jerk complex, for 8-10 minutes
Wednesday: Strict pullups, pushups, rolls and runs
Thursday: Sumo Deadlifts and BB presses, heavy
Friday A.M.: Friday Surprise, show up and see
