Teen’s CrossFit Summer Program – June & July Sessions – 2019
Registration is now open for our Summer Program for teenagers.
We’ll teach proper form and technique on a wide range of exercises, ensuring that your teen moves properly, with and without a barbell.
They will build a solid foundation with movement patterns that will get them stronger, increase stamina and keep them safe.
Whether your teen is involved in a specific sport or just needs to get moving, CrossFit Cleveland provides a fun and safe atmosphere to improve skills and learn new ones. Our constantly varied workouts are the perfect addition to keeping your teen active and improving their sport of choice while working on a variety of skills.
Your teen will become more confident, have improved strength, speed, balance, coordination, and agility. Classes will be held on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Session 1 is June 12-June 28. Session 2 is July 10-26. From running to Olympic lifting, we will cover it all. Join one session or both. No previous experience is necessary.
TEENS Summer Program classes are held on Wednesdays & Fridays at 10:30a.m. and last 60 minutes. An optional third class is our Saturday 11:00am Basic Intro Class, included in the monthly fee. Session 1 runs from June 12th through June 28th. Session 2 runs from July 10th through July 26th. You can attend one session or both.
