We’ll hold your hand through a step-by-step plan of action to get you back on track. We have a 10-step plan that can be tailored to your situation and goals. It’s so simple you’ll even laugh about it. You’ll have to put in some effort of course, but in small, easy to do steps.
The first step is to contact us and set up a 15 minute meeting to talk about your situation. No workout. No training session. No sweat at all. Just a conversation. We’ll talk about our 10-Step Re-Entry Program to give you some ideas on what to do next. We can meet at the gym or at Whole Foods for a coffee or cold beverage. You choose.
