It’s time to start thinking about a new routine now that summer is winding down. We’ve had a great summer, and a great year so far. We hope you have too.
Many of you are showing up either at our gym or elsewhere, working hard and seeing positive results. If you’re not getting the results you want, maybe it’s time to talk about your approach and help get you back on track. Ruts and plateaus are common in life, and often easy to break through. However, we can’t help you if you don’t let us know what’s going on in your world. We wish we could read minds, but we can’t. We’re eager to help you become the best version of yourself. Just say the word.

* Save the Date: Fight For Life – October 28, 2017.
We’re shifting our annual fundraising event/workout from mid December to Saturday October 28, 2017 starting at 8:30am. This year’s event will be a “Fight for Life Fundraiser”. A new name and a slightly modified format to allow for more participants. All proceeds will benefit Team Stillman, helping Jack Stillman and his family battle Anaplastic Large T-Cell Lymphoma. We’ll have more details posted very soon about the event and ways you can support this year’s cause. We’re asking our community to come together in a big way and support a CrossFit Cleveland family. * Register yourself or a friend for a trial class “First Class Free”
We have Rocky River Fitness classes six days per week that do not require any package or membership. Classes are $15 each and are good for all fitness levels, even first-timers.

All New You Challenge – Six Weeks to turn the ship around
What is the All New You Challenge?
The All New You Challenge is a six-week program for individuals seeking a serious change to their health and fitness.
Who is it for?
The All New You Challenge is for those willing to commit to attending classes three days per week, working hard and learning to clean up their eating habits. If you need help and want to see meaningful results, this program is for you. No prior experience is necessary.
When does it start?
Group 1: Mon/Wed/Fri at 10:30am, starts Wednesday September 6, 2017
Group 2: Tue/Thur 7:30pm & Sat 7:30am, starts Tuesday September 5, 2017.

Full lineup of workout classes available on a drop-in basis
If you have friends or family members who you think would like our training, we have classes available on a drop in basis for brand new people. They can register on our website for a certificate for their first trial class for free. You can even enter their information for them and register them yourself. They will receive an email along with a certificate listing the days/times available for their 1st free class.

Monthly Packages and Punch Cards are available or you can attend individual classes for $15 each. All Rocky River Fitness Classes are discounted to current Unlimited Members of CF Cleveland.
