Our Isometric Strength Program consists of five one-hour group sessions teaching basic and intermediate level isometric exercises for you to be able to continue training on your own. Each session will contain a full isometric strength workout, with each session building on what you learn in the previous sessions. In addition to exercises with no equipment requirement, we’ll also cover the use of light bands, weights and static objects to enhance and add variety to your workouts.
The next Isometric Strength Program starts on Monday 11/18/19. Sessions are from 6:30pm-7:30pm for five consecutive weeks. Groups are limited to 6 people, so register early to reserve your spot.

Learn how to regain muscle size and strength following injury, surgery or atrophy from a period of inactivity. I’ve been using Isometric exercises exclusively this past year to safely regain muscle following hip and shoulder replacement surgeries. Isometric training is not new, but no one is currently delivering the message like we do.
Our seminar teaches what Isometric exercises are, how they differ from Isotonic and Isokinetic exercises, and why they work. You will also learn how you can perform exercises to add size and strength, even with damaged joints. You’ll participate in a workout yourself, or you can sit and watch others. You can participate in normal street clothes with no equipment, and you will not work up a sweat. Really! No previous exercise experience is necessary, and it’s good for ALL ages.

Muscles grow back faster the second time, allowing you to regain size much faster than it took you to initially grow them through weight training. We’ll teach you the whys and hows. I have strictly using Isometric strength exercises over the past year while recovering from two major surgeries. I’ve been successful at regaining upper body muscle size and strength while never perforrming workouts with pullups, pushups or barbell/DB lifts.
Isometric strength exercises are a great way to add strength work to your usual cardio routine. Let’s face it, if you are attending cardio classes that mix in light dumbells, kettlebells and TRX straps, you are not getting adequate stength work. Isometrics can help you build size and strength without tossing around heavy weights. You just have too know how.
Of course, you can learn Isometrics by yourself, but I bet you’ll get frustraded and quit before you discover the proper techniques. You’ll get a much better education and experience by attending one of our seminars or group programs. You may have experienced some isometric exercises in yoga, barre and core classes, but not to the degree that you will learn from us.
