The places with orange flashy lights or purple machines care about your non-cancelable contract and you never showing up, not your fitness.
If you are not placing demands on and developing all of these fitness domains you are missing out on your full potential. CrossFit coaches care about making you better in all 10, not just 2 or 3.
Stop with the excuse that you can’t do CrossFit or that you’ll get hurt. It’s safe and effective, and yes you can do it, as long as you are willing to work for your results.
Do yourself a favor and find a CrossFit box, or a functional fitness gym that does CrossFit without using its name. You’ll be glad you did.
