We’re helping you get ready for a healthier New Year by hosting a free seminar at the gym on Monday December 16th from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.
This seminar will help you prepare for participating in our 2020 Healthy Reset, which is a month-long Challenge that includes weekly accountability calls and ongoing support. You don’t have to be a member of CrossFit Cleveland to participate, it’s free to everyone interested.
At this seminar, we will be covering three topics:
Basic Food Prep – How to do it better
Prepared Meal Options – Where to buy prepared meals in the area
Diet Plan Basics – What are some options and what do they entail.
Preparing or purchasing healthy meals in advance is a great way to keep yourself on track by always having good food choices on hand. When we are forced to grab something quick on the run, it’s easy to make an unhealthy choice. We’ll talk about what we do ourselves and answer any questions.
We will also be discussing the differences in many available eating plans/diets to give you an overview and help decide what change might be best for you. There is no ‘one size fits all’ nutrition plan. We like to educate our people on available options so they can decide what their best ‘next step’ is. We’ll be touching on the basics, similarities and differences between paleo, Zone, intermittent fasting/time restricted eating, counting macros, Keto, Low carb/Atkins, and basic caloric restriction programs. We’ll be on hand to answer any questions you have.
