When: Classes begin on Monday, May 13, 2024 at CrossFit Cleveland in Rocky River, Ohio. Your group will meet every Monday and Wednesday at 6:30-7:30pm for six weeks.

Our expertly crafted workouts will help you build strength progressively, using joint-friendly movements for pain free training.
We’ll be targeting key muscle groups to enhance your overall fitness and functional strength.
Our gradual progressions will help you avoid feeling overwhelmed or intimidated.
Healthy Habits Coaching: You will receive three (3) 1 on 1 meetings with a nutrition coach.
An Inbody scan at the beginning and end of the six weeks.
Access to our private coaching app, healthy recipes, education around nutrition, mindset/stress management and sleep.
The combination of developing new healthy habits, attending group workout classes and a coach to keep you accountable and on track is our signature offering.
