Warmup: 8 minutes
50 Single under – low pogos
25 Bicycle Crunch Goblet Squat
15 Pushups
10 Air squat & 1/4
Workout: Barbell Back Squat 5-4-3-3-3 to 3 rep max or
20 Goblet Squat and 1/4, rest 3 minutes
5 rounds, increase weight each round, go heavy
Cool Down: Legs up the Wall Pose
