We are doing a classic CrossFit Benchmark workout today, “Cindy”
“Cindy” was my very first workout back in March 2006. I grinded out 11 rounds and slowly crawled my way up the basement steps seemingly close to death. Staci did not show me much compassion after I told you what I had just done. My memory recalls an attitude close to “that’s it?”. Bring to class today yoru memory of your first CrossFit workout. Share a short story with the class before you begin. Don’t forget to enter your score in WODhopper, and if it’s your best score, ring the PR Bell and mark it on the board!!
