Warmup: 8 minutes
10 KB Figure 8’s 5 each direction
10 KB Sumo DL high pulls
10 Air Squat
10 Backward Lunge 5R/5L
50 Single Unders or low pogos
Workout: 5 rounds for time of
30 KB Swings (American)
200 Single Unders or low pogos
Cool Down: 4 Minute Plank Hold
