Pre-Class Prep Work added every day. We’re encouraging everyone to arrive at the gym 10-15 minutes before the class starts to make sure you are ready when the warmup starts. We have an increasing number of people coming in right at the start of the class, or a few minutes late, making them rush or miss some of their warmup. We now have Pre-Class Prep Work (PCP Work) written on the board at the back of the deck, giving you something to do prior to the start of the clqss.
