Incline DB press 10-10-10-10-10
Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3 to your 3 rep max
Deadlift work set #1 starts at approximately 60% of your 1 rep max. You will have lighter deadlifts in your warmup to ramp up to your 1st work set. Increase weight each round as long as form allows. Begin your 1st set of DB presses after your 1st work set of deadlifts. Rest 2-3 minutes between rounds. A round is considered 3 deadlifts and 10 DB presses.
Followed by a nastsy little finisher.
