Warmup: 6 minutes
8 – Stepping high knees R&L=1
8 – Pushups
8 – Flutter kick (4-count)
8 – Supermans
8 – Air squats
Workout: At Home Version
10-20-30-40-50-40-30-20-10 reps of
Ball slams
Double unders (or ropeless high-pogos)
Situps
Cool Down: 800 meter one-arm farmer carry, switch off sides as needed
