We have four Virtual/Online Classes Thursday for our current members, 5:30am, 7:00am, 4:30pm & 6:00pm, or you can do this workout on your own from anywhere. See below for the link to join the class using Zoom technology.

Warmup: 8-10 minutes of
20 Butt kickers
15 Windmills
10 Broad jumps
10 Mountain climbers
10 Plank jacks
1 Walkout to 5 supermans
1 Burpee
Workout: AMRAP in 18 minutes of
7 Walk out + Burpee
14 Backward lunge R1/L2/R3….
21 Jackknife situp
42 Mountain jack
& Perform 150 single unders, rope-less pogos or a 200 meter run @ 7:00 & 14:00, and resume where you left off
AfterWOD/Finisher:
3 minutes, max reps, of any movement from the warmup or workout
