Basic Intro/Beginner’s Workout at 11:00am. Your first workout is free, just show up. Members are welcome to bring a friend and join them in the 11:0am WOD. All levels welcome, including first timers.
Sunday: Open Gym from 9:00am until 11:00am, for Unlimited Members.
