* Today begins a new 30-Day Challenge to get us better prepared to attack 2020 with a vengence.
Perform 3 minutes of max rep burpees, every day, for the next 30 days.
Everyone can play, even if you haven’t worked out in years. Stand tall, get yourself down flat on the fllor, and get back up and clap your hands over your head. That is one rep. Repeat and continue for three minutes.
Count and record your total reps each day. Work to beat your previous best each day. Some days you will, some days you won’t.
Keep at it for 30 days and you will be better, harder and more resilient.
If you are new, take it slow and don’t worry about your form in the beginning. We’ll help you get better along the way with tips in future posts.
If you are a ‘burpee veteran”, maintain strict form and full range, and hit it hard every day.

Tuesday: Hang and full range power snatches. Working heavy with a sporty mid-weight finisher.
Wednesday: Deadlifts, heavy. With a pushy move mixed in.
Thursday: Mid-Week Grinder, for twenty couple minutes.
