We will be doing the ‘scaled’ version of 20.4 as our member workout of the day. Box jumps or step-ups and clean and jerks at increasing weights, with a 20 minute cap. This is a great workout that fits right in with our typical Monday prescription. If you are able, you can tackle the Rx’d version at heavier weight plus pistols. Don’t miss this one.
We’re having “Testing Tuesdays all month, with a classic CrossFit Benchmark workout each week. Be ready to set a PR, or establish your first score for each workout.
Sneak Peek for the Week:
Tuesday: “Cindy” Pullups, pushups and squats, for 20 minutes
Wednesday: Mid-Week Grinder w/Rowing or running, KB swings and ???
Thursday: Strength All Day – Front rack lunges, RDLs and barbell strict press
Friday: Posterior chain and core work, with some inversion work mixed in
