This is another “Murph” prep workout, we do several leading up to Memorial Day.
Sneak Peek for the Week:
Tuesday: Single-leg and Posterior Strength Work followed by a weighted step-up/KB swing WOD
Wednesday: Deadlifts, heavy, not what you are used to, followed by a AB/core & grip circuit. Be there.
Thursday: DB Push Press Strength work plus a recent CF Main Site WOD, power snatches and thrusters
