We have a new 4-Stage AB/Core Warrior “ABC” Training Program beginning in August. Stage 1 consists of three mini workouts done, as your cooldown, in rotation each day you are at the gym for an entire month. If you complete Stage 1, you will enter Stage 2. Stages 3 and 4 will follow. If course, a AB Warrior T-shirt will be involved 😉
Today you will get a dose of all three of the Stage 1 mini-wods performed back to back to back as your WOD, with a special treat between each.
If you missed Thursday’s WOD, you can choose to do it instead.
