1x bodyweight deadlifts, pushups, mountain jacks and flutter kicks in a combination you’ve never done before, for about 20 minutes.
Friday: Our first Happy Hour Outing on bikes. Yes, I said bikes. We have twenty one of us leaving from Cleveland Cycle Tours in Ohio City on two party bikes, heading for Tremont at 6:00pm. Our first stop is Southside at 6:35pm then on to The Treehouse at 7:05pm. Come meet us at one or both of our stops. We’ll return to Ohio City st 8:00pm, final destination unknown at press time.
Saturday: It’s time for a Fight Gone Bad. It will be a team competition between all five morning groups. Be there.
