Warmup: 8 Minutes
1 Walkout to superman
2 Burpee Broad Jumps
3 Torso Twists R&L
4 Hollow Rock & Rolls
5 Air Squats
25 Jumping Jacks
Memorial Day Weekend Workout: At Home Version
“Half & Half”
800 M Run/Ruck (1/2 mile)
Then
10 rounds of
5 Burpees
10 Air Squats
15 Flutter Kicks (4 count)
Then
800 M Run/Ruck (1/2 mile)
Rx’D: Do this workout on Saturday & again on Monday.
Jacked: Double it up and do it once, either Saturday or Monday.
(1 mile + 20 rounds of 5/10/15 + 1 mile)
