CrossFit Cleveland Workout – Monday 11/04/2024

Don’t forget to RSVP to a class time. Please don’t simply show up thinking there will be room for you. You must RSVP to reserve your spot.

The cutoff for removing your RSVP will be 8:00pm the evening before all A.M. classes and 2:00pm the afternoon of all P.M. classes. If you accidentally RSVP for the wrong class after the unRSVP cutoff time has passed, please text 216-812-7841 right away and we’ll remove you. 

* You will be charged a No-Show fee if you RSVP to a class and miss it.  If you are uncertain of your plans, please wait to reserve your spot until you are certain. You can now RSVP to a class up to 15 minutes prior to the start. 

If you need to unRSVP after the cutoff, please text our main business number 216-812-7841 prior to the start of the class to possibly avoid the fee, if the class is not full.

Sneak Peek for the Week: November’s Theme is “Up Your Game”

It’s easy to fall into a routine, but progress happens when we push ourselves. This November, we’re challenging everyone to focus on one of these areas to step things up:
1️⃣ Improve Your Movement Quality – Perfect your form, especially on exercises you struggle with. Better movement leads to safer and stronger workouts.
2️⃣ Use Heavier Weights – If you’re feeling too comfortable, it’s time to add a little more weight and push past those limits.
3️⃣ Increase Workout Intensity – Dial up the pace or add reps to your routine to push your endurance and intensity.

Pick one area to commit to, and chances are, you’ll see improvements in the others too. Not sure which to choose? Start with movement quality—it’s the foundation for everything. Let’s make November the month we all level up!

Monday: A Monday Grinder with the CrossFit Benchmark Workout “Nancy” – 5 RFT 400M run & 15 OH squats. Options available for all skill levels. #nevermissamonday

Tuesday: Heavy barbell strict presses and push presses, followed by a spicy finisher

Wednesday: Heavy deadlifts to a 2RM or skill work in sets of 5 reps

Thursday: Active Recovery Grinder

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
