I know this time of year can feel extra tough, especially on those chilly, “cold-weather” days, or rainy days like this week when it’s gray and not quite spring.  

I’ve got great news and here’s the bright side: The days are getting longer, hinting that Spring is just around the corner!!  In fact, it’s just 22 days away!

So what can you do about it?  Well, when life feels a bit “ick,” it’s your cue to put yourself first.  Prioritizing your well-being isn’t selfish; it’s a genuine act of self-love. When you commit to taking care of yourself, you set an inspiring example for your friends and family.   Be that leader!  Own what’s dragging you down and make the choice to rise above it.

Sure, we all know the steps to a healthier, happier life….sleep, exercise, nutritious meals, self-care routines.  Creating lasting habits can be the hardest part.  It’s one thing to know what needs to be done (come on, we all know what to do) and another to weave it into the fabric of your daily routine.  

Building these habits takes time, patience, and a few trial and error moments.  Remember, every small step is progress, and consistency is the secret ingredient to real change.  

Celebrate the little wins and trust that, with time, these actions will transform into powerful, lifelong habits.

Some people might dismiss your time at the gym or your weekend meal-prepping as wasted time or even selfish.  

What they don’t see is this:  When you prioritize self-care, you’re better equipped to care for everyone else.  Whether it’s an aging parent, a child, a grandchild, or a friend in need, think of prioritizing yourself like putting your oxygen mask on first.  

By nurturing yourself, you’re setting the stage to truly support those around you.

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
