Non-Stop Wednesday, for about 20 minutes. Show up and see what’s on the board. No running, burpees, D/Us, pullups, box jumps, snatches, wall walks, rope climbs or mountain jacks in the workout, but maybe in the warmup. Everything else is a possibility.
