It’s easy to forget that some of the simplest changes can give us terrific results in a short time. Staci led off our first All New You Challenge group with the task of drinking more water each and every day. Personally, I thought I drank plenty of water but decided to log my daily water intake just to be sure. Boy, was I wrong.
I am in my second week of drinking at least twelve 8-ounce glasses of water each day and I definitely feel better. Much better, actually. My have more energy and focus all day. I’m sleeping much better and I’m in a better mood. Overall, I feel much better. I have done nothing different this week.
I’m not saying this is any huge fix for any of your issues, but it’s easy enough to try. Don’t drink too much, though. This is definitely a case where overdoing something good can do you harm. Start with ten to twelve 8-ounce glasses throughout the day, not to exceed, in ounces, about 50% of your body weight in pounds.

10 Reasons Why You Should Drink More Water:
As with most things, the amount of water for each person is very individual, but if your pee
isn’t mostly clear or you have any cravings, headaches, constipation, hungry all the time, et

If you don’t care much for the taste of plain water, then you can add a squirt of lemon, a squeeze of lime, a few sprigs of fresh mint or a cucumber or orange slice. You can even be so bold as to add a few berries or watermelon. Whatever gets you to drink it up, do it!
