We believe nutrition should not be complicated.

Our six-week Nutrition Challenge  combines coach-guided nutrition education to help you find the right plan that works for you, all in a friendly, supportive, environment.  You will learn small, incremental habits that you can maintain for a lifetime.

Our 2021 Nutrition Challenge has a partner option. Choose either a friend, family member, co-worker, or anyone who you can work with, holding each other accountable. Our Nutrition Coaches will guide you, but a partner will also help keep you more motivated.

We have partnered with Nicole Marchand Aucoin, Registered Dietitian and Owner of Healthy Steps Nutrition (HSN), to provide you with even more resources, more plans, and more finely tuned systems.

Challenge Starting: Monday January 11, 2021
Cost: $150 per person, includes everything

Group Launch Meeting: 6:30pm Wednesday January 6, 2021 at CrossFit Cleveland, 1211 Allen Court, Rocky River, OH (Attendance recommended but not required)

Our Nutrition Coaching program is designed to provide you with an easy, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness, using simple behavior modification strategies to create positive change without the stress of “dieting.”
There are many programs that will tell you what not to eat and replace food with supplements. Ours is an education and teaching program that will help you understand how and what to eat, and how to achieve your goals, one step at a time!
