Stop deciding what you CAN’T do before you’ve even tried.
“I could never lift a heavy barbell.”
“I could never deadlift my body weight.”
“A pull-up? Me? Never.”
We hear things like this all the time.
Maybe you can’t do those things TODAY. That doesn’t mean you can’t learn.
One of the problems with training on your own is that you might try something once, struggle with it, and decide it’s just something you can’t do.
But what if you simply haven’t been shown the way?
That’s where good coaching and progressions make such a difference.
We can take something that seems impossible, break it down into pieces, and work on those pieces step by step.
Maybe you need more strength.
Maybe you need better technique.
Maybe you need to start with a modified version of the movement.
Then we keep building.
That’s what scaling is really about.
It’s not just making a workout easier. It’s meeting you where you are today and giving you a path to where you want to go.
Over time, those pieces start coming together.
And that thing you once said you’d NEVER be able to do? Done!
You might surprise yourself.
You really don’t know what you’re capable of until you give yourself the chance to find out.
It all starts with giving me a sign that you want to do more.
