Walking through our door is the hardest step. Meet with a coach to talk about your goals. We’re confident that you will like our friendly, supportive environment.

Starter Classes

If you are ready to start training with us, but not ready to join our regular CrossFit group classes, our Rocky River Fitness Classes are for you. We offer CrossFit LITE and Kickboxing classes on a drop-in/per class basis with no need for a Monthly Workout Package. Click here to see the schedule of available classes.
